By completing the purchasing process you’re agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions shown below. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Formation of Contract
All requests to order items from www.more-2-explore.com (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “we” and “us”) will be provisional and non-binding unless or until a “Confirmation of Order” email has been sent to the e-mail address of the registered user. For the avoidance of doubt a contract between the parties shall not be established until this takes place.
Privacy & Security
When you shop with us online we ask for information like your name, email address, delivery address and telephone number. We do not store any credit/debit card details. This information is necessary to enable us to process your order and liaise with you about your order.
We comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act. Unless expressly volunteered, any data we hold will not be used for any mailings and will not be passed to any third party.

We accept all major credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. For your own protection, we suggest that you do not send cash in the post.
We do our best to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we don’t receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel, we’ll refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the goods.
We try to ensure that we have sufficient stock but know that some items sell faster than expected and although we’ll always try to get stock replenished its not always possible. We’ll provide the most up to date information we have on availability and will do our absolute best to ensure you get the items you want. We accept no liability arising from any inability to supply goods due to lack of stock other than returning any payments made to you.
We’ve attempted to ensure that the specification and description of all items is correct on the website and shows them off to the best of our ability. Sometimes they will be even better than you expected.
As soon as an order is received, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. This email should be received at the very latest within 24 hours. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us using the methods outlined in the contact us section.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least ex-pensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Can I return my order?
We’re happy to exchange or refund any purchase that doesn’t prove suitable. Please pack purchases carefully and return them to us in their original condition, with labels intact, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
All refunds for goods can take up to 30 days from receipt of goods.
When will I get my order?
The aim is to send out all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. You’ll receive notification that your order has been dispatched. Standard UK delivery takes between 2-3 days after dispatch. Orders to Highlands & Islands and Chanel Islands may take longer.
We do not accept online orders outside the UK. For international orders please contact us to discuss your delivery.
